FAQ/Policies

Processing Time aka Creation Time

Most items are handmade to order. Most items are made and shipped within 5 business days. Some orders take longer than others and it is possible that it could take up to 2 weeks for your order to ship. Made to order solid 14K gold items will take 2-4 weeks until shipment. If you have any questions or concerns about when your order can be shipped, please feel free to contact us at any time via email at hello@stefaniesheehandesigns.com.

Shipping

*We ship our orders with USPS First Class or Priority Mail which usually takes 1-3 days to be delivered once it is in the post office's possession, but delays are possible and are out of our hands. If you need your order more quickly I recommend choosing the Express shipping option.  Estimated delivery times cannot be guaranteed unless you purchase Express Shipping.

*You have the option to upgrade to Express Shipping (1-2 day delivery time guaranteed) if needed but please email me first to make sure I can meet your deadline, as expedited orders or overnight order fulfillment is usually not possible. Delivery times are based on the date once your order has shipped and left the studio (remember it still must be handmade and it could take 1-2 weeks before it gets sent out). In the end it is better to plan ahead!

 *We ship internationally with either USPS First Class International Mail (estimated 1-4 weeks delivery time) or you can upgrade to USPS Priority International Mail (estimated 6-10 business days until delivery).

*Please know, international delivery times can vary widely and it is difficult for us to give you a specific delivery time. Estimated delivery times cannot be guaranteed. There are times when international orders may require extra custom fees, tariffs, or sales tax that we are not responsible for. I am unable to mark any packages as a "gift." Your package may get held up at your customs department if you have a fee or tariff due on your package before they will deliver it to you. If you notice a delay in your package's delivery to you, this is most likely the case, and you should contact your countries customs dept. with your shipping info.  *I've shipped with USPS for most all of my orders for years now and they are very reliable. If your order doesn't seem to be showing up, there is a chance it was misplaced or rerouted amongst their millions of other packages, and it may cause a delay in the delivery of your package. It may require some patience, but it usually ends up waiting for you in your mailbox!

*We will not refund for lost or stolen packages.

*We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address.

 

Returns

*Sale items from sale section as well as items purchased with a discount code are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged! Anything that has been customized in any way cannot be returned or exchanged. Solid 14K gold items are considered custom and are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged. One of a kind pieces are final sale as well. So anything from the one of a kind section cannot be returned. Please contact me if there are any issues with your order.

Returns are accepted for made to order yellow brass and sterling silver pieces within 7 days of receiving your order. Item must be in NEW, UNWORN condition and shipped back in its original packaging. A return won't be granted if your order is returned in otherwise condition. Please email us for authorization before returning an item. We will then also give you our return address. Returns cannot be accepted once the 7 day period has passed under any circumstance.

* The purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges for returns and exchanges. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

*We are happy to exchange items purchased within 7 days of receiving your order. If you plan on exchanging, your item must be in NEW, UNWORN condition and shipped back in its original packaging. An exchange won't be granted if your order is returned in otherwise condition. Please email us for authorization before returning an item for exchange. We will then also give you our return address. Exchanges cannot be accepted once the 7 day period has passed under any circumstance.

*14K Gold rings without gemstones may be able to be resized on a case by case basis. Resizing charges apply.

*It is highly recommended that you purchase insurance and tracking when sending an item back to us in case it is lost or damaged in transit. Return items in a BOX not a paper envelope, as they can tear and damage or even lose jewelry. Original jewelry packaging must be sent back with your order (example: ring box, earring box, etc.)

*If your item was custom or customized in any way, it cannot be returned/exchanged.

 

Repairs

*If you are interested in some kind of repair please email me for more info at hello@stefaniesheehandesigns.com. Repairs may be subject to fees as well as additional shipping charges.
