Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 1 week from delivery. If 1 week has gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note: 14K gold items and items with gemstones cannot be returned or exchanged, as well as any item that has been personalized in any way. These items are considered custom.
Please contact me before returning an item for authorization.
* Items can only be shipped to address provided in the order during checkout. This is due to fraud analysis and risk and for buyer protection. Please make sure the address is correct when putting through an order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, which should be new and unworn or damaged. It must also be in the original packaging. Package your item to be returned in a box so it is protected while it is being shipped back to us. If it is damaged on its return you may not receive a full credit for your order.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your information must match a previous order made through this website, and must be made with the item purchased in that order.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Item is returned in damaged or worn condition.
Any item that is returned more than 1 week after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

*Sale items are FINAL, so are 14K gold items, personalized items and items with gemstones.
Only regular priced items may be refunded within the 1 week window, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We must be notified within 1 week of delivery of the item. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at stefsheehan@gmail.com for further information and instruction.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item to be returned or exchanged, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. It is your responsibility until it has reached us. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail or damaged on their journey back to our studio.
